About Hearties

The Hearties of Soda Cove is a new project from Topher Cantler, author of And the Quiet Girl Spoke and The Journalism Show.

What is it? It’s a digital storybook series! What’s that? Uh… it’s sorta like a webcomic, but built like a kids’ storybook… but for grownups? Or like… a not-animated cartoon?

What’s it about? Well, it’s… take The Goonies in one hand and Strawberry Shortcake in the other, and clap. Kinda. If you like pirate stuff but also cute stuff but also spooky stuff and also candy, you might enjoy it. Also there are puppets.
